- People willing to participate in our conferences being held at places around the world are provided every service such as registration, offering assistance in processing travel documents, guiding them up to the venue and to the end of the conference making it a comfortable experience for the participants.
- Meetings Era offer all group discounts as per its policies which are amended from time to time.
- We request all the participants to provide genuine information about them for processing all the documents smoothly.
- Once we receive full payment on our highly secured payment gateway, Meetings Era confirms your registration. All registrations are deemed to be confirmed after receiving full payments.
- Rest assured we keep all the information confidential which you provide to us at the time of making payment at our secured payment gateway.
- Any balance amount falling due from the participants should be cleared off 72 hours before the beginning of the conference.
- If in case, you wish to opt out of the conference please refer our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to opt out of our conference and wish to cancel your registration, kindly abide by our Cancellation Policy which is as follows.
- If you cancel your registration before 150 days from the date of the beginning of the conference, you will get 100 percent refund of your fee less $100 service charge.
- If you cancel your registration between 150-90days from the date of the beginning of the conference, you will get 50 percent refund of your fee.
- If you cancel your registration within 60 days from the date of the beginning of the conference, you would not be eligible for refund
- E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
